Lord Mayor of Portsmouth Councillor Richard Jenson with cadet Sgt Kirsty McDougall

On Monday 29th September 2008 cadet Sergeant Kirsty McDougall received her certificate as the first Lord Mayor of Portsmouth Cadet (Army). With cadets from the CCF, ATC, Royal Marines and the Navy, cadet Sergeant McDougall was invited to the Guildhall. At a ceremony in the Mayors Parlour she was officially presented with her certificate by the Lord Mayor.
