Using digital maps (1:50,000 scale) you simply click along your route, adding up to 50 waypoints per leg. The bearing between the start of the leg and the last waypoint is constantly shown along with the total distance so far for the leg.
Bearings are shown in degrees and mils as well as the backbearing. Distances are accurate to within 5 metres and bearings are better than plus or minus 1 degree. Grid References are exact for 8 and 6 figures and the programme measures to 10 figure accuracy.
Partial and final routes can be saved and edited and Route Cards (in RouteCardMaker format) can be uploaded onto the map.
A wide range of functions are available including finding a place by name and Map Pins to identify places of interest.
